| Hidden Island Resort is nestled under the southwest tip of Miles Island and extremely well sheltered from all directions on beautiful Lake of the Woods. The 10 mile boat ride out to Hidden Island is where your experience begins. Winding through the islands of rock and trees, watching the wildlife, is a great way to start shedding the stress you leave behind while spending a few days with us. Our lodge is a log structure built in the 1940's and is loaded with character. One can only imagine the sharing (mealing and stories) that has occurred with those log walls over the years. The modern guest accomodations each with bathrooms are a combination of log and rough lumber construction and offer clean and comfortable sleeping quarters.
